I know it’s sometimes hard to reach out to someone or to seek help.
But, it’s amazing whenever your friends are there for you, and to kind of be that system.
Yeah.
Do you ever, like, check in on your friends or vice versa?
I–Yeah, I try to.
I have one friend back home and he reached out to me, he was like,
“I was like thinking about like killing myself.
And I was like, “Woah.”
Sorry.
No, no, you’re good.
Yeah.
You never know what someone’s going through.
Yeah.
It’s like a relief off of my shoulders too.
Yeah.
‘Cause he actually did reach out when he didn’t have to.
You know?
Yeah, I feel like it’s very important if someone does feel that way to know that there is help out there.
What keeps you hopeful?
What brings you hope?
So I feel like having like goals, they don’t have to be big goals, just like a bunch of little goals.
Just have something to always look forward to day to day.
Try to appreciate the small things like calling the people around you.
Just chatting it up and just appreciating the things that you have right now.
