When you’re going through something, you just want someone to listen sometimes.

And having a person or a family member or even a journal.

Journaling, even if it’s like in my phone just writing how I feel.

Clear my head, write my thoughts down, it gets it out.

To kind of articulate it before I even really know what it is.

Know what you’re saying.

Yeah, what I’m saying.

Exactly.

I have to like process it.

I think like a lot of people are like, “I’m just gonna talk to my journal and not talk to anybody ‘cause they don’t want to hear me.”

When it’s like–

Right.

People do care.

People do.

People really care to like know how you are.

I think sometimes people think they’re not important or what they’re going through is not enough.

I think communication between people is important.

Even if it’s awkward.
